This is a detailed visual inspection of the property consisting of both the interior and exterior of the home. Items that are inspected include the foundation, roof, walls, windows, doors, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and systems of the home. We use the latest inspection technology to produce an accurate report, such as thermal imaging and drones. Our prices are based on the gross square footage of the property - which is both the heated and unheated areas of the home combined.
We are happy to be a critical eye in any new build. For your piece of mind, we will perform a general inspection as well as any of our insurance inspections to make sure that your home has been built as safely as possible.
This inspection consists of a thorough visual inspection of all areas of the home in search of wood-destroying organisms that can damage the home. This inspection is usually requested by an insurance company to help write the policy for a home. This report shows the age and condition of the four major systems of a home: the roof, the HV/AC, the plumbing, and the electrical system. We can send the finished report to your insurance agent if you provide us with contact information.
This inspection is usually requested by an insurance company to help write the policy for a home. This report shows the insurance company how your roof is attached to the walls of your home. It will also show if there are any other forms of hurricane protection on your home. Depending on which insurance company you choose, there may be a discount provided towards your insurance premium.
This inspection is for manufactured homes. We inspect the tie downs, grading of the exterior, piers, and pier support to make sure they have been installed in a way that meets FHA and HUD guidelines for manufactured homes. Tie downs are a set of metal straps that are secured by way of an anchor into the ground or into a cement slab. These straps are used to secure the manufactured home during high wind and inclement weather. This report is required for FHA or VA financing.
